As SCAs continue to transition to Policy Governance, LDI participants, especially new board members, have requested an orientation to the Policy Governance approach. Using ASCA’s Policy Governance Toolkit and a flip chart, Sjogren will use simple drawings to explain governance in general and how Policy Governance boards approach their work.
