Deborah Blume has been an educator for more than twenty years, working as a Special Education Teacher, Learning Specialist, Behavior Specialist and School Counselor. She received her BS and MA from New Mexico State University. She holds South Carolina certification in Early Childhood, Elementary, Cross Categorical Special Education (K-12) and Guidance.
