Leadership in School Counseling
The themes of leadership, advocacy, collaboration and systemic change are woven throughout the ASCA National Model and are integral components of a school counseling program. Leadership is the capacity or ability to guide others. School counselors use leadership skills to design, implement and assess their school counseling program.
